You must exercise. There is no way around this one. A diet promising significant  weight loss without exercise is something you should stay away from.
Exercise burns calories. The more intense your exercise the more calories you burn. Now I'm not talking about an all out muscle building, shredded to the max Mr. Universe type of workout. No, I'm talking about getting off your butt and get moving. This is not an overnight thing here. Start out slow and build your momentum. Jumping into any workout program full force can be dangerous. Ease into it.
All you need are the basics.  You don't need a fancy gym membership or fancy tights. You just need the right mind set. If you believe you will succeed.
